How to Initiate a Return, Refund or Replacement Request
We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible products.
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice any manufacturing defect, incorrect item, missing item, or damage, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the issue quickly, please share:
- Clear photos of the product
- A video showing the issue
- An unboxing video, wherever available
Once we receive your request, our team will review and verify the issue. If the request is approved, the return pickup/return process will be initiated, and the returned product is expected to reach us within 3–5 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements for Prepaid Orders
- Order Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only if your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days.
- Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated automatically. Depending on the payment method and bank/payment provider, it may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Size-Related Replacements: For replacement requests due to size issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Approval & Stock Availability: All return, exchange, refund, and replacement requests are subject to verification, approval by A2A Mini Marvels, and product availability.
- International Orders: We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for international orders placed outside India.
- Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original Packaging Required: Returns, refunds, and replacements will only be considered if the original invoice, product packaging, tags, and other applicable accessories are retained.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for an eligible return or replacement.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund.
- Size Selection: Our products are made according to standardised size measurements, but every baby is different and our products are not one-size-fits-all. We strongly recommend checking the size chart and measuring your little one before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit.
Important Note
Please make sure to record an unboxing video at the time of opening your package, especially for orders containing multiple items. This helps us verify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items and resolve your concern faster.
